Founded by Laci James, a mom, labor and delivery nurse for over 12 years, and a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) for nearly a decade, we provide evidence-based guidance to help families reach their breastfeeding goals.
We understand the realities of modern parenting—shift work, unpredictable schedules, and multiple children—and we tailor support to fit your lifestyle. Our mission is to empower parents with confidence, knowledge, and compassionate care through virtual lactation consultations.

At Mama’s Milk Co., all support is delivered securely and virtually via our HIPAA-compliant client portal, MilkNotes. Messaging and follow-up support are available during business hours, while emergency consultations can be scheduled as add-ons.
We offer initial consultation packages with follow-ups, extended messaging, and flexible telelactation sessions to meet the needs of busy families. Services are private pay only, with superbills available for insurance reimbursement.
